To request a fresh install of an operating system on a dedicated server please open a ticket by e-mailing at support@bara2.biz or at https://www.bara2.biz/portal.php. List the operating system to install and any specific options, settings, and partitioning. Each server is entitled to 1 complimentary reload per month. Each additional reload may incur a $50 charge, upon request please approve this charge. All reloads are completed within 24 hours of a confirmed request.
Each server also includes KVM over IP access. The KVM over IP interface will allow you to access the server at the console level. The KVM interface can be used to re-install the server. KVM access details are available within the dedicated panel.
